Introductions How Access Works

Black Mamba grows through trust.

The network is intentionally small and standards-driven. Athletes are not sourced through applications or open enrollment.

Access begins with an introduction.

What An Introduction Is

An introduction is a signal of trust. Introductions may come from:

  • Current Black Mamba members
  • Coaches and trainers
  • Advisors and intermediaries
  • Brand or NIL partners

Introductions are not requests for access. They are signals that someone operates at the expected standard.

What An Introduction Is Not

An introduction is not:

  • An application
  • A referral code
  • A guarantee of access

Every introduction is reviewed independently.

What Happens After An Introduction

Once an introduction is received:

  • The athlete is evaluated against Black Mamba standards
  • Context matters more than metrics
  • Behavior and alignment are considered alongside performance

If there is alignment, an invitation may be extended. If not, no action is taken.

Why This Model Works

Introductions:

  1. Preserve quality
  2. Protect trust
  3. Reduce noise
  4. Encourage accountability

Members are thoughtful about who they introduce—because their reputation is attached.

Who Should Make Introductions

Introductions should be made by people who:

  • Understand the Black Mamba standards
  • Are comfortable standing behind the introduction
  • Value long-term outcomes

This ensures the network remains aligned.

A Note To Athletes

If you are introduced:

  • You are being considered, not evaluated publicly
  • Discretion is expected
  • Patience matters

Black Mamba operates quietly.

Standards compound. So does reputation.

Black Mamba helps elite athletes operate in a way brands already trust. Access is by invitation.
